Livesitter Customer Onboarding for Customers with Wifi only cameras

Overview

Follow the steps below to prepare your Reolink WiFi cameras and share the required details with Livesitter.

Step 1

If you already have existing cameras, give us the make and model of the cameras.

Wifi: We've tested and standardized on the REOLINK (4K, WiFi, weatherproof). Order the quantity you need here:

Wifi Outdoor: Outdoor camera link
Wifi Indoor: Indoor camera link

Step 2

After buying the camera, please add all of your cameras to a single Reolink account by following the Camera Configuration Guide below. Once they are connected, refer to Table 1 at the bottom of this document to fill in the required details for each one, which will allow Livesitter to successfully enable AI inference for each camera separately.

After you have clicked the above hyperlink and completed the steps now follow the below instructions to get the final UID for each camera.

Step 2.1

Log in to your camera on the Reolink App on your cellphone and tap the gear icon on the right to go to the Settings page of the camera.

Step 2.2

Tap Device Info (the camera picture on the top), and you will see the Device Info of the camera, including the UID of the camera.

Action required

Kindly provide the below details including the username, password along with the UID as in the above image to Livesitter. Please fill in the spreadsheet and send it back to us.

Step 3

Once cameras are up, we'll ship a small device that you will connect with an ethernet cat 5/6 cable to your existing internet router where your wifi cameras or wired NVR is connected. This gives our system secure access to your feed.

Step 4

We start monitoring. You will be provided a login (your email) and passcode to access your alerts. Based on two years of live deployments across schools just like yours, our alert system runs at greater than 90% accuracy — which means your staff gets notified when it matters, not flooded with noise.
